Next to a hairdressers.You can park a car there.
For those coming by train, it is situated about 7 minutes from Kayama Station. If you call, someone will come and get you (probably me)

I`ve been to Ishigaki Island in Okinawa for 5days.I came home last midnight.
We staied at the eastern end of the island,there wasn't reach an phone wave!
